We request that a 40 mph speed limit is implemented in Freshfield Lane Danehill

Background information

Freshfield Lane has no pavements, is relatively narrow and is used by walkers, cyclists and horse-riders yet car and lorry traffic often uses the lane at very high speeds (up to 60mph). A sensible speed limit is imperative for reasons of public safety.
